Welding & Finishing Equipment Financing
Metal Fabrication, Welding & Machine Shops › Welding & Finishing
Welding and finishing equipment lets a shop deliver a finished, coated part instead of sending it out. Since 2011, Sunset Financial Group has financed more than 75 welding and finishing systems, from spot welders and vibratory finishers to powder coating ovens and complete welding lines.
Welding and fabrication shops, machine shops, HVAC contractors and manufacturers come to us for welding equipment financing. We finance new and used equipment, plus installation, in one agreement.
Welding & Finishing Equipment We Finance
Welders & Welder Generators
MIG, TIG, stick and multi-process welders, plus engine-driven welder generators for field work.
Spot & Stitch Welders
Air-operated resistance spot welders and longitudinal stitch welders for sheet metal, duct and enclosure work.
Robotic Welding Cells
Robotic cells and cobots weld repeat parts consistently, freeing skilled welders for custom work.
Deburring & Sanding
Wide-belt sanders, brush deburring machines and grinders remove burrs and finish edges after cutting.
Vibratory & Blast Finishing
Vibratory finishers, tumblers and blast cabinets clean and finish parts in batches.
Powder Coating & Paint
Powder coating ovens, booths, guns and spray systems let shops coat their own parts.
What We Have Financed
Welding
Welders to production lines
Spot welders with coolant recirculators, stitch welders and welder generators, up to complete welding lines.
Finishing
Deburring and vibratory
Wide-belt deburring sanders and 3- to 5-cubic-foot vibratory finishers for machine and fab shops.
Coating
Powder coating systems
Packages from small electric ovens with an open booth to 8′ x 8′ x 12′ gas-fired ovens.
Welding and finishing equipment we have financed ranges from about $5,000 for a spot welder to more than $200,000 for complete production lines.
Finance the Whole Setup
Welding and finishing work needs supporting equipment to run well. These can all be included in the same agreement:
- Welding tables, fixtures and positioners
- Fume extraction and dust collectors
- Coolant recirculators and chillers
- Powder coating booths, guns and racks
- Air compressors and dryers
- Freight, installation and training
Why Shops Add Welding & Finishing Equipment
Deliver Finished Parts
Shops that coat and finish in-house stop shipping parts out for powder coating and deliver faster.
Weld More With the Same Crew
Spot welders, stitch welders and robots speed up repeat welds when skilled welders are hard to find.
Better-Looking Work
Deburring and finishing equipment gives parts a clean, consistent look that wins repeat customers.
