CNC Plasma Table Financing

Metal Fabrication, Welding & Machine Shops › CNC Plasma Tables

A CNC plasma table cuts parts, fittings and patterns from steel, stainless and aluminum straight from a drawing, with no layout or torch work by hand. Since 2011, Sunset Financial Group has financed more than 150 plasma cutting systems, from 4′ x 4′ hobby-size tables to full 5′ x 10′ production systems with duct-layout software.

HVAC sheet metal shops are among our most frequent plasma customers, along with fabrication shops, machine shops, sign makers and farms. We finance the table, the plasma source, the software and the setup in one agreement.

Plasma Tables We Finance

HVAC Duct Plasma Systems

Tables paired with duct-fitting software lay out and nest elbows, transitions and offsets automatically, so a sheet metal shop can cut fittings in minutes.

Production Plasma Tables

Heavy 5′ x 10′ and larger tables with high-amperage plasma sources, torch height control and downdraft or water tables for full-time cutting.

Compact & Entry-Level Tables

4′ x 4′ and 4′ x 8′ tables for welding shops, sign makers, farms and fabricators starting to cut their own parts.

Used & Refurbished Tables

Rebuilt and used plasma systems from established builders offer a lower price, and we finance them just like new machines.

Plasma Power Sources

Replacement or upgraded plasma cutters, from 45 to 125 amps and beyond, financed alone or with a new table.

CNC Retrofits & Tube Cutting

New CNC controls for existing tables and plasma tube and pipe profiling machines.

Sizes We Have Financed

Compact

4′ x 4′ and 4′ x 8′ tables

Brackets, signs, ornamental work and small parts. Often paired with a 45- to 85-amp plasma source.

Full Sheet

5′ x 10′ tables

The most common size we finance, taking a full sheet of steel. The standard for HVAC and fabrication shops.

Heavy Plate

Large-format tables

High-amperage systems for thick plate, base plates and structural parts, often with bevel heads and water tables.

Most of the plasma tables we have financed were priced between $20,000 and $80,000, and complete systems have run past $100,000.

Finance the Whole Setup

A plasma table needs more than the table itself to cut well. These can all be included in the same agreement:

  • Plasma power source and torch package
  • Nesting, CAD/CAM and HVAC duct software
  • Torch height control and bevel heads
  • Downdraft or water tables and fume extraction
  • Air compressors and air dryers
  • Freight, installation and training

Why Shops Add a Plasma Table

Stop Buying Fittings and Parts

HVAC contractors and fabricators that were buying fittings or outsourcing cut parts make them in-house, shortening lead times and keeping the margin.

Replace Hand Layout

Parts that took an hour to lay out and torch-cut by hand come off the table in minutes and come out the same every time.

Open New Product Lines

Signs, brackets, decorative panels and replacement parts become new revenue once a shop can cut any shape from a drawing.

Recently Financed

Duct Plasma Table and Software

An HVAC contractor financed a new 5′ x 10′ CNC plasma table with duct-layout software to cut fittings in-house.

Plasma Table and Hydraulic Shear

An HVAC sheet metal shop financed a new plasma cutting system together with a 10-foot hydraulic shear in a single agreement.

Plasma Table for a Farm

A farming operation added a 5′ x 10′ CNC plasma table with an 85-amp plasma source and an extended gantry to build and repair its own equipment.

Plasma table makers we have financed include Arclight, Baileigh, CrossFire, Plasma Pro, Star Lab, TK Wizard and Vulcan, with plasma sources from Hypertherm and others.

Plasma Table Financing FAQ

Can I finance a used or refurbished plasma table?

Yes. We finance used and refurbished plasma systems from dealers, rebuilders, auctions and private sellers, as well as new tables.

Can software, the plasma source and an air compressor be included?

Yes. Nesting and duct software, the plasma cutter, torch height control, compressors, dryers, freight and installation can all be financed with the table.

How much can I be approved for with just an application?

Up to $350,000 with our one-page application. Larger requests, such as multi-machine packages, are welcome with financial statements.

What will my monthly payment be?

It depends on the price, term and your credit profile. Use our payment calculator for an estimate, or request a quote for exact numbers.

What terms are available?

Terms range from 12 to 84 months with fixed monthly payments. See our types of leases for $101 buyout, fair market value and other options.
