Duct Fabrication Equipment Financing

HVAC, Plumbing & Roofing › Duct Fabrication Equipment

HVAC contractors that make their own duct control their schedule and keep the margin they were paying an outside shop. Since 2011, Sunset Financial Group has financed more than 250 duct fabrication machines for HVAC contractors, sheet metal shops and mechanical contractors.

Duct fabrication equipment financing lets you add one machine at a time, such as a Pittsburgh machine or a plasma table, or set up a complete duct shop with a coil line and spiral machine.

Duct Fabrication Equipment We Finance

HVAC Plasma Tables

5′ x 10′ plasma cutting tables with duct nesting software for fittings, transitions and offsets. The duct equipment we finance most.

Spiral Pipe Machines

Spiral tube formers with slitters for round spiral duct, plus elbow and gorelocker machines.

Coil Lines

Automatic coil lines that feed, notch, bead, seam and cut rectangular duct straight from coil.

Pittsburgh & Seaming Machines

Pittsburgh lock formers, snap lock machines, S and drive machines and power cleatbenders.

Pattern & Layout Tables

CNC layout tables that draw fitting patterns on sheet metal from software.

Pinspotters, Spot Welders & Clinchers

Insulation pinspotters, spot welders and clinching presses for assembly.

What We Have Financed

Single Machines

About $5,000 to $25,000

Pittsburgh machines, cleatbenders, pinspotters, spot welders and pattern tables.

Plasma Tables

About $20,000 to $80,000

New, used and retrofitted HVAC plasma tables with software.

Spiral Machines & Coil Lines

About $95,000 to $215,000

Spiral pipe machines and complete coil line packages.

Duct fabrication equipment we have financed ranges from about $5,000 for a Pittsburgh machine or spot welder to more than $200,000 for a complete coil line.

Finance the Whole Setup

A duct shop runs on more than one machine. These can all be included in the same agreement:

  • Duct nesting and estimating software
  • Power shears and brakes
  • Corner machines and wrap brakes
  • Sheet racks and decoilers
  • Rigging, installation and setup
  • Operator training

Why HVAC Contractors Make Their Own Duct

Shorter Lead Times

Duct made in your own shop is ready when the job needs it, not when an outside shop gets to it.

Better Margins

The markup you were paying on fabricated duct stays in your business.

Win More Bids

In-house fabrication lets you price jobs more competitively and take on larger commercial work.
