Band Saw & Cold Saw Financing
Metal Fabrication, Welding & Machine Shops › Saws
Metal-cutting saws cut tube, pipe, bar, angle and structural shapes to length, and they are often the first machine every job passes through. Since 2011, Sunset Financial Group has financed more than 150 metal-cutting saws, from single-phase mitering band saws for welding shops to automatic NC production saws for machine shops.
Band saw financing is quick, since most saws are priced under $40,000. We finance the saw, roller stands and material handling in one agreement.
Saws We Finance
Horizontal Band Saws
The workhorse of most fab and welding shops, cutting bar, tube and structural shapes to length with a straight, clean cut.
Mitering Band Saws
Single and dual-mitering saws cut angles in both directions for frames, railings and trusses without moving the material.
Automatic & NC Production Saws
Bar-feeding automatic saws cut parts to programmed lengths and quantities with little operator time.
Vertical Band Saws
Vertical saws for contour cutting, plate and odd-shaped parts.
Cold Saws
Circular cold saws give fast, burr-free, square cuts in tube and solid bar, often with power clamping and power head feed.
Used Saws
We finance used band saws and cold saws from dealers, auctions and private sellers, as well as new machines.
What We Have Financed
Shop Saws
7 to 10 inch capacity
Single-phase horizontal and mitering band saws for welding and repair shops, often under $12,000.
Semi-Automatic
12 to 13 inch capacity
Dual-post and dual-mitering band saws for higher volume fabrication.
Production Saws
Automatic and NC saws
Bar-feeding production saws for machine shops and manufacturers cutting high volumes.
Saws we have financed range from about $4,000 for a mitering band saw to $67,000 for an automatic production saw.
Finance the Whole Setup
A saw is faster and safer with the right material handling. These can all be included in the same agreement:
- Roller stands and conveyors
- Length stops and digital measuring systems
- Bar feeders and vises
- Blades and blade sharpeners
- Coolant and chip management
- Freight and setup
Why Shops Upgrade Their Saw
Faster, Squarer Cuts
A modern band saw or cold saw replaces chop saws and torches with accurate cuts that need no cleanup before welding.
Cut More Without More Labor
Semi-automatic and automatic saws keep cutting while the operator handles other work.
Angles Without Rework
Mitering saws cut accurate angles for frames, railings and trusses, so parts fit up the first time.
