Plate Roll & Roll Bender Financing
Metal Fabrication, Welding & Machine Shops › Plate Rolls & Roll Benders
Plate rolls form flat sheet and plate into cylinders, cones and curved panels, and roll benders curve angle, pipe, tube, channel and bar into rings and arcs. Since 2011, Sunset Financial Group has financed more than 125 plate rolls and roll benders, from manual slip rolls to 11-foot hydraulic plate rolls.
Welding and fabrication shops, tank and vessel builders, railing and ornamental iron shops and manufacturers use them every day. We finance new and used machines with their dies and tooling.
Rolling Equipment We Finance
Hydraulic Plate Rolls
Initial-pinch, double-pinch and 4-roll hydraulic plate rolls form heavy plate into cylinders and cones with accurate pre-bending.
4-Roll Plate Rolls
Four-roll machines pinch the plate the whole time, pre-bend both ends without flipping and are easy to run with CNC or NC controls.
Slip Rolls & Light Gauge Rolls
Manual and powered slip rolls for sheet metal, HVAC, duct and light fabrication work.
Angle & Section Roll Benders
Power ring and angle roll benders with hydraulic top rolls curve angle, channel, flat bar, pipe and tube into rings and arcs.
Pyramid & Profile Benders
Three-roll pyramid and profile benders for structural shapes and larger sections.
Used Plate Rolls
Plate rolls are long-lived machines. We finance used rolls from dealers, auctions and private sellers.
Sizes We Have Financed
Light Gauge
4 feet and under, sheet metal
Slip rolls and small powered rolls for ductwork, enclosures and light fabrication.
Section Benders
2 to 3 inch roller shafts
Angle and section roll benders for railings, rings, frames and curved structural parts.
Plate Rolls
4 to 11 feet, hydraulic
Initial-pinch, double-pinch and 4-roll machines for tanks, hoppers, vessels and heavy curved parts.
Plate rolls and roll benders we have financed range from about $5,000 for a light section bender to $125,000 for a heavy hydraulic plate roll.
Finance the Whole Setup
The right dies and tooling make a roll bender far more useful. These can all be included in the same agreement:
- Pipe, tube and angle die sets
- NC and CNC controls and digital readouts
- Side supports and overhead supports
- Cone-rolling attachments
- Freight, rigging and installation
- Training and setup
Why Shops Add Rolling Equipment
Stop Sending Out Rolling
Rolling is one of the most commonly outsourced operations in a fab shop. Doing it in-house cuts lead times and keeps the margin.
Take On Tank and Vessel Work
A plate roll lets a shop build hoppers, tanks, chutes and cylinders that it could not quote before.
Curved Railings and Structures
A section bender turns straight stock into curved railings, rings and arches for architectural and structural jobs.
Recently Financed
Used Plate Roll
A welding shop bought a used hydraulic plate roll to bring rolling work in-house.
4-Roll Hydraulic Plate Roll
A welding and fabrication shop added a new 4-foot, double-pinch 4-roll hydraulic plate roll.
Angle Roll Bender
A concrete construction company financed a new 3-inch power ring and angle roll bender with a hydraulic top roll.
Plate roll and roll bender makers we have financed include Baileigh, Carell, Comeq, Eagle, GMC, Roundo, Sergi and Webb.
